Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage:
We deliver our products across India via trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Time:
Delivery timelines vary by location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
     

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
     

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
     

4. Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: ₹49
     

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499
     

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

 

Returns & Replacements Policy

At Perk Up, we pride ourselves on offering premium quality nail polishes. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is damaged,
     

  • The product is not as described or incorrectly delivered.
     

1. Damaged / Incorrect Product:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order ID
     

  • Clear images or videos of the packaging and product(s)
     

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or full refund, as applicable.

2. Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.
     

  • You must share the complaint within 2 days of delivery.
     

  • We may request the product to be shipped back to us. In such cases, we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping costs.
     

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be canceled if already shipped. For cancellations before dispatch, please contact us at the earliest.
