Once your order is placed:
We process it within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time is typically:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: Up to 10 days

We do not accept returns for hygiene reasons unless:
The product is damaged,
The wrong item was delivered, or
The product received is not as described.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.
